Travis Robinson

Travis has worked in the security and related fields for over 15 years. Working security at large scale events, Rallies, and festivals. As well as patrol with static armed and unarmed posts in corporate, factory, residential, banking involving cash transport and nightclub settings. Travis previously served as a Law enforcement officer in Northwest Arkansas. He was Bail bond agent for bail bond financing and led recovery investigations and small teams across the country for bail bond financing as well as multiple other companies. For the last 8 years he has owned and managed T.R.I Solutions LLC, a Private Investigation Company. Working cases in Arkansas and the surrounding states. Previously he was the Operation Manager and Training administrator for Liberty Defense Group, an armed security company covering 4 states. Currently he works as the Director of Operations and Training Administrator for R2W Security and part time as an Extradition Officer for Prisoner Transport USA. He is an instructor with both the USCCA and NRA for multiple firearm platforms, a Defensive Tactics instructor with SSGT, An ALICE active shooter instructor and OC instructor.

Gary Winters

Gary Winter has over thirty years’ experience in Management, state and federal compliance and Security. Beginning in 1989 Winters served in The United States Army in the areas of Communication and Police investigations. He was involved in operations in a variety of areas worldwide assisting and working with national and international task forces. Winters received multiple commendations such as the Army Accommodation Metal, Army Achievement metal and Non-Commission Officer (NCO) professional development Ribbon. in 1993, after his time in the army, Winter went to work for North American Security Solutions as an undercover operative. Winters worked in multiple facilities across the United States, collaborating with local state and federal agency investigation. Winters has also spent a significant amounted time working with at risk children, for Youth Bridge as well as time as a Juvenile Probation Officer. In both positions he managed state and local budgets as well as state and federal regulations. From 2003 to 2015 Winters s work security in a variety of high-volume entertainment venues for the Northwest Arkansas area. Winters also worked security team lead for multiple large Festivals and events Including the Bikes blues and BBQ rally where his duties included, Crowed control, escort of artists, vehicle control and asset protection. In 2015 Winter became Agent for the Department of Agriculture, and currently works as Supervisor Consumer Safety Inspector. He has Bachelor of Science in business and a Master’s in Business (MBA) from the University of Phoenix. Currently Winters in an NRA Pistol Instructor and Arkansas concealed carry Instructor.

Michael Roach

Michael Roach has served in upper management and team lead positions over the last 30 years, a Veteran off the United States Army Roach served from 1985 to 1993 in variety of environments concluding his career with the rank of Captain in 93. Afterword, Roach worked as Director of Security for multiple high volume entertainment venues is the Northwest Arkansas area, his duties included hiring, training, and implementing nightly security personal, cash transport, payroll and mitigating good relationships with multiple state and local Law Enforcement agencies. Starting in 2015 Roach assumed the position of Director of Beverage Operations and Internal Security for the Bikes Blues and BBQ rally. This rally led the nation for many years as the largest charitable rally in the country and the Third largest overall bike rally falling short of the Daytona rally and Sturgis. This is not Roaches only large-scale event, he worked large scale music festivals in the Arkansas area starting in 2006 to 2015 where he led security teams for vehicle inspections and check in, large and small stage security/ crowd control, as well as escort and personal protection for artists. These festivals ranged from 15 to 20 thousand in patron attendance. Roach’s security personnel ranges from small five to ten man to teams to over 100 total securities personal. Currently Roach works or several Law Firms as the manager of internal security, risk assessment and asset recovery. In 2021 he was hired to assist in the development of the executive protection division of Liberty Defense Group and serve as team lead. He continues he education yearly with multiple classes including Firearms and current local state and federal laws, as well as internationally recognized training classes in Conflict resolution/Management and Executive protections through Trojan International Defense Group and other organizations. He currently an NRA Range Safety officer and Firearms instructor and a USCCA instructor.
